Shyamili Das, called Shy by everyone who knows her, has always been at the top of the social ladder. She is sharp, admired and a little feared, the classic queen bee. Then Mayank, her boyfriend of three years, ends the relationship without warning, and Shy’s status collapses almost overnight.
Shy is not about to accept this quietly. She decides to get even, and her focus falls on Tara, the girl Mayank is now dating. What begins as a carefully planned scheme does not go as Shy expects. The more time she spends around Tara, the harder it becomes to see her as a rival, and an unlikely bond starts to form between them.
The film follows Shy as her plans for payback give way to friendship and empathy. It is a romantic comedy that puts a former mean girl’s growth, and a friendship between two young women, at the centre of the story.
