Drishyam: The Conclusion – Synopsis (No Spoilers)

Vijay Salgaonkar has spent years living with a secret that the police never managed to crack. His cleverness kept the law at bay and his family safe, and life in the Salgaonkar household seemed to have settled into an uneasy calm. That calm is shattered when fresh evidence comes to light, giving investigators a reason to dig into the old case once more.

With the file reopened, Vijay finds himself pitted against the system yet again. This time the pressure comes from several directions. SP Rajveer Singh Tomar leads the law-enforcement side, Public Prosecutor Indrajith Shetty is ready to argue the case, and Meera and Mahesh Deshmukh return to the story. Vijay’s wife Nandini and their daughters Anju and Anu are once more at the heart of what he is fighting to protect.

The film is built around one question: can an ordinary man outthink the authorities one final time? Its focus stays firmly on the cat-and-mouse tension between Vijay and the people determined to uncover the truth.
