Happy Journey (2026) Synopsis: Seven Women, One Unplanned Trip
The trip in Happy Journey is not planned. Seven women from different generations decide, almost on a whim, to put their daily routines on hold and fly off to Europe together. The story stays with this mixed group of travellers. Some are older and set in their ways, and some are younger and more restless. All of them are stepping far outside the lives they usually lead.
The film follows them through mishaps, misunderstandings and plenty of comic confusion, set against scenic European locations. The holiday gradually turns into something bigger. It becomes a chance for the women to enjoy a kind of freedom their everyday lives rarely allow and to discover how much they can rely on one another. The tagline sums up the spirit: “Some Trips Change Plans… Some Changes Lives.”
Written and directed by Abhiramm Naidu, this Telugu film blends family drama, light-hearted comedy and travel adventure into a story about friendship that crosses age gaps.
