It’s a Medical Miracle (2026): Synopsis
It’s a Medical Miracle (original title: It’s a മെഡിക്കൽ മിറാക്കിള്) is a Malayalam fantasy thriller that begins in a hospital, where doctors pronounce a young man brain-dead. Then, against all medical expectation, he wakes up, and he is not quite the same. His hearing has become extraordinary: conversations, whispers and noises that should be out of reach now come to him clearly.
One voice stays with him from the time he was unconscious. It belonged to a nurse, and he believes that voice brought him back. He sets out to find her, and his search leads him into dangerous territory. People around him may not be who they seem, the past keeps resurfacing, and someone appears to be settling old scores.
In that situation his new gift helps and hurts. Each sound he picks up could lead him closer to the truth or straight into a set-up. The film mixes a supernatural idea with a suspense-driven mystery, and its central question is how far one man can trust what he hears.
