Kiku Chiranjeevi (2026)

Kiku Chiranjeevi Story: What the Film Is About

At the centre of Kiku Chiranjeevi is Chiru, a young man whose body sets him apart from the day he is born. He has dextrocardia, an uncommon condition in which the heart sits on the right side of the chest instead of the left. For Chiru, this is far more than a medical footnote. It shapes how he moves through the world and the obstacles that keep appearing in his path.

The film follows him as he pushes against the limits his condition seems to place on him, determined to chase the goals he has set for himself. What could have been a simple tale of hardship is framed here as a thriller-drama. That suggests Chiru’s journey brings tension and pressure along with emotional weight, as he tries to prove that a heart in an unexpected place does not decide what he can achieve.

Director Shubha Sai Venkat builds the story around one personal struggle, placing a rare physical condition at the heart of a Telugu-language narrative about resilience, ambition and the fight to be seen as more than a diagnosis.
