Mirzapur: The Movie – Story and Premise
The fight for control of Mirzapur takes a sharper, more dangerous turn in this Hindi crime thriller. Akhandanand ‘Kaleen’ Tripathi (Pankaj Tripathi) and his family are under pressure from all sides. Old rivals are back in the picture, and an outsider has arrived with plans of his own. That outsider is Babban Babua (Ravi Kishan), a ruthless businessman from Jaisalmer whose ambitions put him on a collision course with the Tripathis.
In the middle of this volatile situation, brothers Guddu (Ali Fazal) and Bablu Pandit (Jitendra Kumar) are trying to secure their own place in the region’s power structure. As threats from the past and the present close in, every alliance comes under strain and no one’s loyalty is guaranteed. Familiar faces such as Munna (Divyendu Sharma), Beena (Rasika Dugal) and Compounder (Abhishek Banerjee) return to the board. The tagline sets the tone: “Witness the epic untold story.”
