How the Drama4U Score works

The Drama4U Score gives you a quick sense of how audiences rate a film. Here is exactly how it is calculated.

Where the number comes from

Right now the score is the average rating from TMDB users (The Movie Database), on a 0–10 scale, rounded to one decimal place.

When a score is shown

Only when a film has at least 50 votes on TMDB. Until then, the page says “Not enough data yet”.

What is not included

• It is not a personal rating by our team. We do not watch films and score them.
• Critic reviews and member comments are not counted yet.
• We never buy, adjust or invent ratings.

TV series

Series pages use the same method: the average TMDB user rating for the series, shown only with at least 50 votes. We do not use viewership figures or ratings from other sites.

Updates

The score is refreshed when the film page is updated. If the method changes, we will explain the change on this page with the date.
