Muthuvel ‘Tiger’ Pandian left his years as a jailer behind long ago and now lives a calmer life with the Pandian household, which includes Viji (Ramya Krishnan), Swetha (Mirnaa) and Rithu (Rithvik). That calm doesn’t last. A dangerous criminal network starts closing in on the people he cares about, and Tiger decides the best way to stop it is from the inside.

Instead of charging in openly, he takes a job as a driver and uses that unassuming role as cover to get close to the people behind the threat. Infiltration, a dark secret and the murky trade of antiquities smuggling all shape the story. Tiger has to move carefully through a dangerous world where a single slip could expose him and put his family in harm’s way.

Writer-director Nelson mixes this tension with comedy, so the undercover mission runs on humour and screen swagger as much as on action. Along the way, Tiger crosses paths with members of the Kalpak family, played by S. J. Suryah, Vidya Balan and Hakkim Shajahan. Suraj Venjaramoodu also joins the cast as Dileep.
