Moon Walk Plot: What the Film Is About
Moon Walk (original Tamil title: மூன் வாக்) is an upcoming Tamil comedy-drama written and directed by Manoj Nirmala Sreedharan. It is a family entertainer driven by three things: dance, music and laughter. The film is aimed at viewers of every age and is meant to be enjoyed on the big screen.
Prabhu Deva heads the ensemble as a character called Babooty. Around him is a colourful cast of characters with playful names: Yogi Babu as Dubai Mathew, Aju Varghese as Lord Djokovic, Arjun Ashokan as Luna and Sathish Kumar as Jasmine. A.R. Rahman, who also composes the music, appears on screen as himself. This is his first acting role.
The film is built around energetic dance numbers, a Rahman soundtrack and broad comedy from a lineup of well-known comic performers. Viewers can expect a light, upbeat tone that suits a family movie night more than an intense drama.
