Tiger Muthuvel Pandian has left prison work behind and settled into retired life with his family. That quiet existence comes under threat when a powerful criminal syndicate, tied to the illicit trade in antiquities, widens its operations and moves close to the people he cares about most.

Tiger does not respond with a frontal assault. He takes on a new identity and works as a driver, which puts him inside the enemy’s world without drawing attention. From that hidden position, he studies a mafia family whose ruthlessness matches its ambition and starts working against them from within.

The infiltration has its own risks. A dark secret sits at the centre of the story, and every move Tiger makes has to protect his loved ones without exposing who he really is. Writer-director Nelson places this undercover mission in an action-comedy, so the tension of the family-protection plot is balanced by lighter, more playful moments.
