Plot Summary: What We Know So Far
Pasukan 1000 Janda, whose title translates roughly as “Army of 1000 Widows”, is set in 1599 on the coast of Aceh. A Dutch fleet led by Cornelis de Kraker (Ron Smoorenburg) has forced its way through the Strait of Malacca and is raiding coastal settlements. The men who stood against the invaders have fallen, and the women of Aceh must decide what comes next.
