Train to Busan Plot Summary (No Spoilers)
A mysterious virus is spreading across South Korea, turning people into ravenous zombies and pushing the country into a state of emergency. Just as the crisis erupts, a group of passengers boards an express train bound for the southern port city of Busan. Among them are Seok-woo (Gong Yoo), young Soo-ahn (Kim Su-an), Sang-hwa (Don Lee) and Sung-gyeong (Jung Yu-mi), along with strangers from every walk of life.
When the infection makes its way on board, the train turns into a moving trap. With the outside world collapsing and nowhere to run but the next carriage, the passengers must decide who to trust, how far to go to protect one another, and whether reaching Busan is even possible. The narrow corridors, locked doors and unscheduled stops become battlegrounds where every choice carries a cost.
True to its tagline, Life-or-death survival begins, the film blends relentless action with survival horror. Its tension comes as much from human behaviour under pressure as from the undead.
