MobLand plot summary: what is the series about?
MobLand is a crime drama set in London’s criminal underworld, where family ties and business are tightly bound together. At its centre is the Harrigan family, whose members include Conrad, Maeve, Kevin, Bella, Eddie and Seraphina. Alongside them is the Da Souza household of Harry, Jan and young Gina. The world they move through is built on drug trafficking and old loyalties, held together by the constant threat of violence.
The tension comes from a rivalry between two criminal clans that boils over into open gang warfare. Once that line is crossed, the conflict reaches well beyond profit and territory, putting power, reputations and the people close to these families at risk.
